About The Position

Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a qualified Student Services Coordinator for the Pepper Pike Campus. Applicants should possess a vibrant Christian testimony, demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants should also fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and be excited about the great tradition of classical Christian education. The Student Services Coordinator should have excellent communication skills and exude a love for children and families. Biblical Expectations: All employees of Heritage Classical Academy possess a Christian testimony demonstrating a personal, active, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They also fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and support the mission to Cultivate Lifelong Learners Who Think and Live for Christ. They will also be involved in a local church that aligns with the mission and vision of HCA. Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or similar field
  • Experience working in Student Services preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Compassionate and Christ-centered approach

Responsibilities

  • Financial tracking of JP/IDEA/Auxiliary funds
  • Provide contract for parents/students
  • File JP reports for funding
  • Pursues district evaluations for ETR process; schedules testing, observations and meetings between school and district
  • Oversees all ETR/IEP meetings
  • Works hand-in-hand with intervention specialists
