Looking for a summer job where you can work outside, get active, and learn about plant care? Join Epic's Horticulture team as a Student Seasonal Horticulturist. You'll help care for gardens, prairies, orchards, and green roofs, while gaining experience in mulching, mowing, weeding, composting, and more. The work is physically demanding - expect lots of movement and regular lifting up to 50lbs - so it's a great fit for students who enjoy being outside and staying active. Pay starts at $22/hr. More than just important work. Epic is located in Madison, Wisconsin, a city regularly ranked as one of America's best places to live. Epic's environment is one of continuous learning; you'll have access to opportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge with others. You'll be eligible for merit-based annual raises. Starting immediately, seasonal employees accrue paid vacation and sick time and can participate in Epic's 401(k). Employees who return for multiple seasons qualify for our comprehensive health care benefits and sabbatical. Healthcare is global, and building the best ideas from around the world into Epic software is a point of pride.
