The Student Resource Coach serves as a resource to students, connecting them to supports that help meet their basic needs. This professional is responsible for coordinating the College's Help Hub and serves as a central connection point for students navigating internal and external resources that address barriers such as housing, food insecurity, transportation, childcare, and wellness. Working under the supervision of the Senior Director of the Center for Community & Learning and in close collaboration with Academic Success Coaches and the Behavioral Intervention and Support (BISC) Team, the Resource Coach exercises professional judgment in assessing student situations, determining appropriate supportive resources, managing data-informed response systems, and facilitating collaboration among internal and external college partners-including Wellness Services, Behavioral Management, Coaching, Student Life, the Education Outreach Center, and community-based agencies.
