About The Position

All regular faculty and staff serving at Regent and working a minimum of 30 hours per week will receive an attractive benefits package. Essential duties: Provide customer service, phone coverage, backup to the front desk, and general information relating to academic forms, schedules, policies and procedures. Maintain and update student records in Banner to include international and conditionally accepted student record updates. Process academic forms such as status changes, record updates, change of field of study, and so forth. Process electronic requests such as add/drop forms, withdrawal from the university requests, change of campus, and so forth. Assist other staff at peak times and perform other duties as specified by direct supervisor or Registrar. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred Data entry experience required Banner experience preferred Familiarity with basic research skills required Candidates must have: Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Contentment with repetitive tasks Ability to adapt to changes in curricular design and academic policies while maintaining confidentiality of records and data Commitment to Regent's core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity.
