About The Position

Provides administrative and operational support for Marketing and Communications -- Photography team by coordinating schedules, managing digital assets, and processing photography requests. Performs work using established procedures while exercising judgment to ensure timely delivery, accurate records, and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain photographer schedules to support campus events and project needs.
  • Manage and update the photography calendar using Outlook.
  • Receive, track, and schedule photography requests through Monday.com.
  • Distribute requested photos to internal and external clients in accordance with timelines and guidelines.
  • Upload, curate, and maintain approved photo selections in PhotoShelter.
  • Organize and maintain the school’s digital photo gallery and archival files.
  • Update and maintain photography logs and weekly status reports for the photography team.
  • Provide support for Exposure by assisting with uploads, updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Handles emails and other correspondences.
  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, file management, and workflow tracking.
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support photography operations.
