Candidate will provide support to the Student Programs Project Manager with planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating functional Business Unit student intern and co-op events and activities to achieve cost, schedule, and performance requirements. This role is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

• Provides project management support to help plan, coordinate and execute events within Mission Systems Engineering & Technology for the Student Program.
• Ensure engagement and coordination with Human Resources and Campus Programs.
• Support and drive key student program initiatives some examples include Human Resource projects, recruiting, student employee experience, on-boarding, along with performance management.
• Communication with customer and vendor interface and communication with various levels of leadership and organize and lead student employee events onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Employee Communications, Engineering and other groups to publicize and promote engineering programs.
