About The Position

This role focuses on providing administrative and business support to the organization in order to achieve operational goals. It involves general administration duties such as producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, making travel arrangements, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment. This is an organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) role or a role that focuses on support of daily business activities (e.g., technical, clinical, non-clinical) operating in a “hands on” environment. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. It is an entry-level role that typically requires little to no prior knowledge or experience, where work is routine or follows standard procedures, is closely supervised, and involves communicating information that requires little explanation or interpretation. This position is for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support one of the corporate functions within the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and gaining exposure to core business operations. The intern will contribute to day-to-day activities, assist with strategic initiatives, and support process improvements while developing professional skills in a dynamic corporate environment. This position is designed to provide broad exposure and can be tailored to other corporate teams. Depending on project scope and business needs, the role may require occasional travel to one or multiple company locations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, or recent graduate within the past 12 months.
