Role: Supports the Financial Aid and Enrollment Management Departments to support students through the application and awarding process. Performs a variety of clerical duties to support these efforts. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Provides excellent customer service to students and college community. Supports Financial Aid Department with outreach, planning and communication. Coordinate FAFSA workshops Assures fast and effective use of college RingCentral telephonic system to communicate with students. Assists students with questions throughout the financial aid & enrollment process. Assists students and parents in applying for admissions, Financial Aid (federal and state grants, scholarships, student loans), and billing. Conducts outreach to prospective and current students to support enrollment initiatives. Performs basic clerical duties and data entry functions. Acts as college representative for customers and staff. Supplies information requested by callers or refers inquiries to the proper person or department; takes messages in the absence of the person called and advises callers to wait or call back. Assists in the implementation and delivery of the assigned work/activities/services. Adheres to FERPA and other regulatory guidelines. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
