To conduct natural resource management operations of the Natural Lands under guidance from Natural Lands professional staff.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Remove invasive species
• Collect seeds
• Work outside for extended periods
• Learn technical natural resource management skills
• Remove brush
• Participate in prescribed fire
• Apply ecological theory to land management
• Identify plants
• Plant and water trees as needed
• Maintain trails
• Conduct research methods for long-term ecological management and study
