The Student Entry Points Specialist will serve as a key connector between Resurrection Students and the broader community, with a particular focus on outreach and new connection points for students. This role will actively build relationships both on-site and off-site, representing Resurrection Students in the community, supporting student groups, and creating pathways for students to engage with our ministry for the first time. At the Leawood location, this position will also be a central leader for our Wednesday night youth programming—helping plan, prepare, and execute engaging experiences for students. As part of the Leawood Student Ministry team, the Entry Points Specialist will help lead weekly programming, cultivate relationships with new and returning students, and design creative outreach opportunities for non-religious and nominally religious students. Responsibilities include participation in mid-week planning meetings, leadership of the After-School Program leadership, Wednesday and Sunday leadership, community networking, supporting retreats and events, and proactively developing and implementing fresh ways to meet students where they are.
