Key Responsibilities Lead and support administrative and operational improvement projects. Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic systems and spreadsheets. Conduct secret shopper exercises to assess patient interactions, customer service, and front-office processes, compiling findings and recommendations. Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting on progress to supervisors. Participate in process improvement efforts and help implement new workflows. Support scheduling, document preparation, and other general administrative tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all organizational policies. Collaborate with staff across departments to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (preferred fields: healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related discipline). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
