Assist cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation Inspect work areas daily to ensure they are kept well organized and clean including store room, refrigerators, freezers, service areas and dining rooms Clean equipment, refrigerators, counter tops, and other food preparation and storage areas Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, clean and sanitize tables and service areas Set up dining room tables Keep service line supplied with dishes, utensils, and food during services times Other duties as assigned
