The Student Information Administrator facilitates the daily operational flow of St. Mary’s Elementary School in Annapolis by managing student information processes, coordinating attendance and grade reporting within the MyStMary’s Student Information System, and supporting front office operations as needed. The position’s hours are 7:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. This role collaborates closely with the Principal, the administrative team, and the Technology Department to ensure the accurate management of student data, efficient information flow, and consistent communication across the school community. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment in maintaining confidentiality, and a welcoming, service-oriented approach when interacting with students, families, faculty, and visitors.
