About The Position

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Assist Imaging Technologists, as requested, throughout the procedure. Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety, ensure safety and comfort, and obtain cooperation. Obtain and record patient information. Restock work area with appropriate supplies. Answer phone calls, and provide appropriate information or transfers to appropriate team member. Perform cleaning duties using proper infection prevention techniques. Perform venipuncture using universal precautions.

Requirements

• Enrolled in program
• Enrolled in radiologic technologist training
• 1 year Patient Care
