Job Summary Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support the growth of departmental programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Associate Director , assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support the growth of departmental programs, including developing and implementing messaging and timelines for all marketing efforts while ensuring that departmental and University branding guidelines are utilized . Assist with implementation of web technologies to streamline processes to include departmental website and social media sites. Assists in identifying the appropriate social media channels to expand Recreation program awareness and tailors campaigns to the appropriate target audience. Tracks performance of various social media initiatives and develops/implements changes to improve goals and objectives . Perform other related duties as assigned. Responsible for maintaining certifications/licenses as terms of employment.
