Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
3–5+ years in training, content development, or facilitation
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
Experience presenting to diverse groups (virtual and in-person)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
Ability to travel 25–35%

Responsibilities

Develop and facilitate training programs for new and current student finance staff
Create and maintain financial aid content, curriculum, and processes
Partner with operations, advising, and compliance teams to build impactful training materials
Assess new hire skill gaps and create development plans
Evaluate training effectiveness using data, metrics, and feedback
Support consistent, compliant, high-quality student experiences
