About The Position

Required Qualifications The applicant must be: A current UNF student in good academic standing and registered in at least 6 credit hours for fall and spring semesters. A dependable, organized individual with a positive attitude, a good work ethic, basic computer skills and an adequate working knowledge of UNF . Able to provide information about the University with professionalism and accuracy. Able to speak clearly on the telephone and write in a concise, professional manner. Able to initiate conversations with students, family and visitors and treat all with courtesy, tact and respect. Able to work both independently and within a group in a detail-oriented work environment. Friendly, motivated, and proud to be an Osprey. Must be able to adhere to a weekly schedule with a commitment of 6-25 hours (1-5 days) a week. Must be dependable and willing to work Monday – Friday days and evenings or weekends as needed, including during intersession.
