About The Position

The purpose of this position is to assist the Clubs and Organizations Coordinators in the vision and direction of the Clubs Office. Due to business need, must be eligible to stay in Phoenix to work up to 20hrs/week for Summer 2026.

Requirements

  • Great customer service and relational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
  • Exceptional ability to organize information and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to help out in whatever area is needed.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is needed along with professional e-mail etiquette.
  • Great phone and computer skills a plus.
  • Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program.
  • Retain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor’s-level student
  • Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the university.

Responsibilities

  • Will primarily assist Clubs and Organizations Coordinator with administrative tasks and processes
  • Assist with Excel Worksheet management, e-mail management/communication among other administrative projects.
  • Manage front desk tasks like front facing customer service.
  • Summer projects such as: updating forms, creating new clubs processes, and data transfer.
  • Will be available for other Student Engagement Staff to help with bigger projects if needed.
