Student Employment Program Assistant (SA)
About The Position
Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position in Financial Aid. Start Date Position available on or after April 6, 2026 and ending on or before May 31, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance. Job Description/Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Support daily operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, professional communication, and office administration. Assist in coordinating student employment initiatives, including the Reading Enrichment Program, College Corps, and the DSIG Volunteer Program. Assist students and families with financial aid and scholarship services, develop strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and build valuable, transferable professional experience. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
