About The Position
Established in 1999, Freire Schools (www.freireschools.org) is a network of four charter schools across Philadelphia and Delaware whose mission is to prepare students from historically underserved communities for success in college and beyond. - Calm, restorative approach to student behavior

Responsibilities
- Enforcing school routines and expectations with consistency
- Building strong relationships while maintaining high behavioral standards
- Supporting restorative practices and student accountability
- Monitoring common spaces, transitions, and arrival/dismissal
- Partnering with staff and communicating with families as needed
