About The Position

This position is accountable for verifying and processing all consumer loans in accordance with established ESL loan policies, procedures, and guidelines in a manner to meet daily processing deadlines. This opportunity will allow you to: Gain practical, hands-on learning experiences of all consumer lending products such as personal loans, auto loans and credit cards. Learn all aspects of Indirect lending program and dealer relations. Provide support to the Consumer Lending Underwriters, ESL’s front line resources and program auto dealers. Work in a fast paced, high volume environment preparing 50+ loan packets per day. Support departmental project work for new Loan Origination System. Provide support to the Consumer Lending Team by sorting mail, data entry and filing. Rotating assignment in each of the departments areas of concentration: Direct – working with consumers Indirect – working with third parties

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in your sophomore or junior year
• Ability to work independently and in team setting
• Excellent analytical, research, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Strong organizational, detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
• PC proficient (Word, Excel)
• Legal authorization to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Business major related preferred
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
