About The Position

Please note, you must be available to attend the induction day on Wednesday 25th of February. This is currently the only planned induction day, so please only apply for this role if you are available. Hours are estimated at 10–15 per week but are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on trade requirements. To provide operational support across all commercial areas including, but not exclusive to: The Taf Kitchen, Y Plas Kitchen, Snack Shack, Food Outlets & Gig Food. Main Duties To maintain excellent quality at all times with the aim to exceed customer expectations. To ensure that all parts of the food preparation & storage areas are clean and tidy at all times. With support of a Career Chef To produce food orders quickly and to a high quality, meeting set departmental standards. To prepare food in a safe manner and adhere to food hygiene policy and legislation. Ensuring correct Due Diligence is carried out and recorded To be aware of current menus, special menus and recipe specifications. To adhere to all company policies and procedures To adhere to all Environment Health legislation To be responsible for your own Health & Safety and observe all regulations in relation to the Health & Safety at Work Act. To be proactive in your approach to all tasks and duties undertaken whilst working within the Venues Note that this role will require working within a working Kitchen. Induction & on the job training will be provided as well as chef whites, hats (uniform) to wear whilst on shift. Additional Duties To carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by Managers or Supervisors Help create a positive and encouraging work environment for all staff Undertake training which is required to undertake the role e.g (Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene) To attend individual and group meetings throughout the year aimed at addressing the following: Reviewing procedures Giving ideas on improvements Performance reviews General updates Cofiwch, rhaid i chi fod ar gael i fynychu'r diwrnod sefydlu ddydd Mercher 25 Chwefror. Gyda chefnogaeth Cogydd Gyrfaol - Cynhyrchu archebion bwyd yn gyflym ac i ansawdd uchel, gan gwrdd â safonau adrannol. Paratoi bwyd mewn modd diogel gan gadw at bolisi a deddfau hylendid bwyd. Sicrhau bod diwydrwydd dyladwy yn cael ei gynnal a’i recordio. Bod yn ymwybodol o fwydlenni presennol, bwydlenni arbennig, a manylion ryseitiau. Cadw at bob polisi a gweithdrefn cwmni. Cadw at bob deddfwriaeth Iechyd Amgylchedd. Bod yn gyfrifol am eich Iechyd & Diogelwch a chadw at reoliadau’r Ddeddf Iechyd & Diogelwch yn y Gweithle. Bod yn weithredol yn eich gwaith wrth gwblhau tasgau a chyfrifoldebau tra’n gweithio o fewn y Lleoliadau Nodwch, fydd y rôl yma’n gofyn i chi weithio mewn cegin. Byddwn yn darparu hyfforddiant a gwisg cogydd gwyn i’w gwisgo tra’n gweithio. Dyletswyddau Ychwanegol Cwblhau unrhyw dasgau rhesymol eraill yn ôl cyfarwyddiadau Rheolwyr neu Oruchwylwyr. Helpu creu amgylchedd gwaith positif a chefnogol ar gyfer pob aelod o staff. Cwblhau’r hyfforddiant sy’n angenrheidiol ar gyfer y rôl yma (Diogelwch & Hylendid Bwyd Lefel 2) Mynychu cyfarfodydd unigol a gr ŵ p trwy gydol y flwyddyn gyda’r nod o drafod y canlynol: Adolygu gweithdrefnau Syniadau am welliannau Adolygiadau perfformiad Diweddariadau cyffredinol
