About The Position

The Student Assistant assists with the ordering, assembling, distribution, stocking and tracking of patient education materials and files. This role also involves assisting with general office duties, preparing packets and packages of education material, and facilitating their delivery to requested locations. The assistant will help ensure patient education materials are available and up to date in both inpatient and outpatient locations of The James.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in OSU or Central Ohio School
• Able to work year round.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the ordering, assembling, distribution, stocking and tracking of patient education materials and files.
• Assists with general office duties.
• Prepares packets and packages of education material and facilitates delivery of such materials to requested locations.
• Assists with ensuring patient education materials are available and up to date in both inpatient and outpatient locations of The James.
