Student Assistant SG Bike Repair
About The Position
A student assistant is needed to work 10-20 hours a week The employer is looking for a customer service oriented, professional, and detail-oriented person to aid in the daily operations of SG Bike Repair. Individuals with prior experience working with bicycles preferred. Assist in opening and closing the Bike Repair shop. Assemble, inspect, maintain, and perform routine repairs on customers’ bicycles. Assess customer needs and confirm service and repairs meet their needs. Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, secure and safe work environment. Various other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- University of Florida Student
- Fine attention to detail, professionalism, dependability and affective communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Self-motivated; timely
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service skills preferred
- Bicycle knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
