The Student Assistant – Registrar’s Office supports the Registrar’s Office in day-to-day operations as well as planning university-wide events such as Commencement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing general office and clerical tasks, answering phones, creating and scanning documents, preparing spreadsheets, and entering and compiling data. In addition, the Student Assistant will provide event planning support for the May Commencement ceremonies. This includes supporting the Registrar’s Office in all facets of planning and facilitating communication with students, families, commencement volunteers, and campus stakeholders.
