This internship plays a hands-on role in supporting that mission—helping enhance operational efficiency, support frontline teams, and contribute to a consistent and high-quality member experience. Nature and Scope This is a part-time summer internship for college students, working up to 20 hours per week based on business needs. Interns will gain exposure to the fundamentals of retail banking operations within a financial services environment—including branch support, process improvement, operational workflows, and member service practices. They’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain visibility into how Retail Banking Operations supports both employees and members across the organization. This internship is designed to build foundational knowledge of banking operations while also developing professional skills such as problem-solving, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will also gain insight into how operational processes connect with other departments to deliver a seamless member experience.
