About The Position
The primary responsibility of a Lifeguard is for the safety of any person using Fit & Rec Aquatic Facilities. Responsibilities include supervising recreational swimmers through proper scanning and consistent rule enforcement, preventing accidents and injuries and providing emergency intervention.
