About The Position

Responsibilities will be moderate and less routine and will require responsibility and good judgement. May coordinate activities for other student employees. Requires providing excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment. Requires previous experience and knowledge or skill in student assistant role. Represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity applying OSU mission and shared values. The Fayette County 4-H Student Assistant will assist the 4-H Educator with 4-H Camp, Jr Fair, and projects judging events. The position will be for 38 hr./week position beginning in March and ending the in August. Some non-regular hours, weeknight meetings, weekend hours, and early mornings will be required in this position. This position is located in the OSU Extension Fayette County office, Washington Court House, Ohio. Hours are flexible. This position can work up to 28 hours if taking classes and up to 38 hours during the summer and/or academic breaks.
