This position is located in Madison County and Hours are flexible. This position can work up to 28 hours if taking classes and up to 38 hours during the summer and/or academic breaks. The student assistant will support educational programming, research and community engagement in Madison County, Ohio. The student assistant will work directly with 4-H and AGNR Extension professionals and staff who lead efforts to address community based issues. The student assistant will support 4-H and Agriculture & Natural Resources programs and research. Assist with data collection and entry. Responsibilities will be moderate and less routine and will require responsibility and good judgement. May coordinate activities for other student employees. Requires providing excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment. Requires previous experience and knowledge or skill in student assistant role. Represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity applying OSU mission and shared values.
