To be considered, you MUST: Hold an active RBT certification (in good standing) Be enrolled in or have completed a BCBA-qualifying Master’s program Have 450 or fewer unrestricted hours remaining toward BACB fieldwork If you do not meet all three requirements, this role is not right for you. Program Overview Elevation Autism has developed a 5-month (120-day) paid fieldwork program for RBTs who are nearing completion of their BCBA certification requirements. This full-time position provides a structured and supportive path to complete your remaining unrestricted hours, with a strong emphasis on clinical skill development, autonomy, and confidence as you transition into a BCBA role. You will work under the direct supervision of a Senior BCBA, gaining hands-on experience in case management while building the skills necessary to succeed as an independent clinician. Your Day-to-Day This is a 5-month intensive program designed for growth and progression: Month 1 (Days 1–30): Foundation Building You will begin with full-time direct service (restricted activities) to: Build rapport with clients Learn our clinical model Strengthen foundational ABA skills Months 2–5 (Days 31–150): Clinical Skill Development You will transition into a full-time case management role, focusing primarily on unrestricted activities under BCBA supervision.
