About The Position

Caravel Autism Health is committed to being the leader in ABA treatment for children on the autism spectrum. If you are currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program and seeking high-quality supervised fieldwork experience, the Student Analyst role offers hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and a clear development path through our BCBA Rise program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model)
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA therapies
  • Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles
  • Experience applying behavior‑analytic strategies to modify behavior

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments
  • Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Utilize evidence‑based ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement strategies
  • Collect accurate, timely, and reliable data during therapy sessions
  • Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy expectations and compliance requirements are met, including maintaining delivery of at least 85% of authorized services
  • Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times
  • Contribute to client‑specific treatment plans based on assessments and developmental guidelines under BCBA supervision
  • Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support effective and efficient service delivery
  • Develop programs, advance targets, prepare materials, and implement procedural adjustments as directed
  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Support assessments and probe new targets to inform future treatment goals
  • Analyze behavioral data and assist with data‑driven clinical recommendations
