About The Position

The Office of the Dean in the College of Education is seeking Penn State students to serve as Student Ambassadors in our front office. These part-time positions are highly visible and offer valuable professional experience working directly with College leadership.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting visitors to the Dean's Office
• Directing guests to appropriate offices and personnel
• Processing incoming mail – receiving, opening, sorting, and logging
• Coordinating package shipping and deliveries
• Maintaining office supply inventory and coordinating shredding services
• Scheduling and managing conference room reservations
• Assisting with drafting memos and correspondence
• Supporting special projects and additional duties as needed
