About The Position

Student Ambassadors serve as student representatives for the Wausau campus. They must have outgoing personalities, be customer focused and enjoy interaction with others. Student Ambassadors participate in promoting the campus through recruitment activities and events. They must be articulate and be able to speak in front of groups and individuals. Ambassadors give tours of the campus and participate in all recruitment events. They may also work the front desk as needed to answer phones, make academic advising appts and other duties as assigned. Wausau Student Ambassadors must be currently enrolled as a Wausau Campus student and be in good academic standing. Pay is $11 per hour and hours will vary per week based on event schedule. This position is highly regarded on resumes and academic applications.
