The Student Success Student Aide serves as the first point of contact for students, employees and community members, contacting the Student Success and Retention Department. Student Aides must be able to provide exceptional customer service in-person, via telephone, and through written/virtual communication. Additional duties include helping the office with special projects, working student events, and demonstrating strong compassion for all those who utilize the resources under Student Success and Retention. Schedule Information: Will determine based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours: Monday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Wednesday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM Maximum Hours Per Week : 20
