About The Position
In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester. The Career and Technical Programs (CTP) Division at Harper College is seeking a student aide to assist with the following tasks beginning in January of 2026:
Requirements
- Reliable, organized, and punctual.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Basic keyboarding skills
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have some availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester.
Nice To Haves
- Office or customer service experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Front desk reception.
- Answering telephone calls and assisting callers.
- Reviewing division syllabi.
- Distributing mail and promotional items.
- Assisting faculty and staff with clerical projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
