About The Position
The Chapman Radio General Managers are the front facing students of the Chapman University radio station and oversee all operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to Chapman Radio’s mission and community.
- Basic understanding of radio operations with a willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Previous involvement with Chapman Radio or comparable media/broadcasting experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage/lead the whole Chapman Radio staff, team, and class.
- Manage schedules/
- Approve any final event outlines or marketing plans.
- Frequently interact with administration, professional staff, and campus partners.
- Develop the budget in conjunction with advisor(s).
- Manage student activity fee allocation.
