Requirements

• Minimum of two 2 years of responsible experience performing the duties as a Structure Representative or four 4 years of responsible experience as an Assistant Structure Representative for similar construction inspection projects
• Registered professional engineer licensed in the State of California
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
• Must possess a valid American Society for Testing Materials ASTM or California Test Methods CTM or American Concrete Institute ACI as required and applicable prior to reporting to work
• Registered professional engineer licensed in the State of California
• ACI Field Tech Level I
• Knowledge and experience with equipment used in structure construction inspection surveying and construction office engineering
• Knowledge of computers computer applications and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and others; Critical Path Method CPM software such as Primavera Project Planner P3 P6 and SureTrak or any updated version as a minimum; Scheduler Analyzer Pro; and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge and experience with principles of effective communication

Responsibilities
