Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented Securities Sales Program Analyst for our Structured Products Sales team responsible for the distribution of Fixed Income Products to our Asset Backed Finance Sales investor base. Analyst will play a crucial role in streamlining and centralizing operational functions for the broader sales team. In this role, you will: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectives Review issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables Receive direction from a manager Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales area Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal and external clients Meticulous regarding all details, adaptive to a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure with high motivation and energy Participate in comprehensive reviews including report preparation and analysis of findings, and propose recommendations for a fundamental impact on future product quality Determine appropriate course of remedial action, conduct investigative steps to fully identify the issues, and research product information, terms, conditions, or contracts Review complex transactions, process gaps, or issue resolution that require in-depth evaluation and special handling Contribute to the resolution of highly sensitive client inquiries
