This is a hands-on role where your skill directly impacts the finished product.

Requirements

• Previous Fitter Welder experience
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Ability to pass a weld test (if required)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working 10-hour shifts
• Team player with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• TIG/Stick experience

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Perform MIG welding (TIG/Stick experience is a plus)
• Ensure weld quality meets structural and visual standards
• Use hand tools, grinders, torches, and welding equipment safely
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
