About The Position

We are currently hiring experienced Structural Welders for immediate openings at the GPLNG Export Project located in Sabine Pass, TX. Ideal candidates will have strong industrial experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to pass project-required structural weld tests.

Requirements

Proven experience as a structural welder on LNG, refinery, petrochemical, or large industrial projects preferred.
Proficiency in SMAW (Stick) and FCAW (Flux-Core).
Ability to pass structural weld tests per project requirements (3G/4G).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong safety record and safety-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Perform structural welding in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements.
Weld in multiple positions, including 3G (vertical) and 4G (overhead).
Use welding processes such as SMAW (Stick) and FCAW (Flux-Cored) as required.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and structural drawings.
Assist with layout, fit-up, and fabrication of structural components.
Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely (grinders, torches, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Troubleshoot welding and fit-up issues while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Follow all site safety rules, company policies, and project procedures.
