About The Position

Job tasks will include rapidly developing structural building information models (BIMs), annotating plan and details, creating three-dimensional renderings, rationalizing geometry for appropriate structural schemes, and assisting with creating structural narratives. As a BIM / Revit Operator, you will be collaborating with the BNI project manager and under the direction of the BIM / Revit Director. Requirements

• Two years experience with REVIT structure
• Ability to work under the direction of engineers and REVIT Manager to develop structural model
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented
• 40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience at creating structural drawings preferred
