About The Position

In this role, you’ll help shape accurate, real-time construction cost data by gathering pricing from contractors and analyzing market trends. Working with a supportive team in our Lehi office, you’ll contribute insights that drive key pricing decisions across the business.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic required
• Excellent phone etiquette required
• Excellent written and oral communication preferred
• Ability to establish and measure personal goals
• Understanding of building construction, a plus
• Spanish or French speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Research and gathering of construction related pricing from contractors including data entry and analysis of data gathered.
• You will spend most of your time making phone calls to gather construction related pricing.
• The rest of your time will be spent entering the data and doing analysis of the results of the data.
• You will work in an office environment in Lehi, Utah with a great team of people.
• Gathering of construction industry costs from market contractors via phone calls
• Comparative price point analysis between like items, markets and sources
• Dissemination and Analysis of survey results, and coordination among other teams in the pricing division
• Any other special projects deemed necessary.
