About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our team. The Structural Fitter will be responsible for fabricating and fitting metal components and structures according to blueprints and specific welding requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Structural Fitter or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools.
• Excellent attendance is mandatory
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and technical drawings to determine the best welding techniques and methods.
• Cut, shape, and fit metal components according to specifications.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of completed work.
• Operate welding equipment following safety guidelines.
• Inspect and test welded structures to discover flaws.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner.
