Requirements
- Proven experience as a Structural Fitter
- Ability to accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different fitting methods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fit structural components including skid-type assemblies
- Perform square-to-round piece fitting on convection boxes
- Adapt to various fitting techniques and fabrication methods
- Maintain quality and accuracy in all fitting work
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
