About The Position

Stroke Coordinator RN Full TimeDays Princeton Hospital Responsibilities Collaborates with external facilities/agencies to align protocols with evidence-based guidelines Ensures a safe, clean, and compliant care environment Participates in budgeting, committees, and organizational initiatives Identifies and resolves problems using evidence-based practice Serves as a clinical role model and patient advocate within a multidisciplinary team Supports education and development of patients, families, and staff Oversees HR functions including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development Leads process improvement, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination Qualifications Education/Training Graduate from an approved school of nursing, BSN or higher.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an approved school of nursing, BSN or higher.
  • Current RN in State of Alabama
  • Three (3) years’ experience in nursing, to include two years clinical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • RN with Neuro ICU / Stroke and/or stroke coordinator experience.
