About The Position

Unity House is seeking a Strive Coordinator to collect complex data from partner agencies, work with partners agencies on the development of protocols and policies, facilitate Coordinated Community Response team, specifically between law enforcement and the domestic violence program.

This position is fully administrative and is responsible for the operational management of all aspects of the STRIVE initiative

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years experience in multidisciplinary operations and management preferred. 5 or more years of related experience in a human services field.
• A clean & valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships and communication with stakeholders and project partners
• Collect data in compliance with data collection methods from all partners
• Provide information, training and collaboration among project partners
• Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities
• Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends
• Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging
