Strike Zone Attendant - Kane County Concessions

The Kane County Cougars are looking for friendly, efficient, and service-driven individuals to join our Strike Zone premium hospitality area as Food & Beverage Service Staff. The Strike Zone offers an upscale game day experience with private seating and direct access to food and beverages. Team members will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a first-class experience during games and special events.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, reaching, and lifting; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their time in the Strike Zone.
- Set up food and beverage stations prior to guest arrival.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Clear dishes, cups, and trash throughout service to maintain a clean and comfortable space.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area at all times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the Strike Zone area before and after each event.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and hospitality leads to ensure smooth operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
