About The Position

Lead delivery team to perform a comprehensive assessment of federal organization, develop an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• EIGHT (8) years of experience supporting DHS, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community customers

Nice To Haves

• Experience overseeing Change Management and/or Process Improvement deliveries
• PMP Certification
• Federal program and contract management oversight experience
• Experience leading team of junior staff and executing in a cross-functional team of SMEs
• Experience leading strategic integration and operational design
• Domain expertise within Intelligence, DHS, or Law Enforcement
• Executive stakeholder engagement and communication experience
• Experience in governance, policy, and framework development
• System modernization and requirements leadership
