Overview The Sr. Strategy & Transformation Analyst will play a key supporting role in advancing Planet Fitness’s enterprise strategy and transformation agenda. Working within the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), this role will help track, analyze, and report on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, maintain transformation roadmaps, and support governance and reporting processes that ensure the successful execution of high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, highly organized, analytically strong, and eager to learn from and contribute to a fast-paced, strategy-driven environment. This role will be based out of our Hampton, NH or future Boston, MA office, and will be expected to work our hybrid work schedule.
