About The Position

LocumTenens.com, a leader in the healthcare industry since 1995 and part of Jackson Healthcare, is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Analyst. LocumTenens.com helps hospitals find temporary physicians to fill staffing needs, serving over 7 million patients in more than 1,400 healthcare facilities. The company is located in Alpharetta, GA, and offers a state-of-the-art campus with world-class amenities. The Strategy & Transformation Analyst will support enterprise strategic and operational initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and operational needs. This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to clarify goals, review opportunities, develop practical recommendations, and translate strategy into actionable plans. The analyst will apply analytical methods, structured problem-solving, and business understanding to transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are clearly defined, data-supported, and effectively executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, transformation, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to evaluate options and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Supports the design, planning, and implementation of transformation initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Assists in defining initiative scope, milestones, key metrics, and success criteria
  • Builds and maintains project plans to forecast milestones, track status, and provide regular updates to teams and leadership
  • Own and administer PMO tooling in support of corporate projects including project templates, dashboards, and workflows to ensure accurate visibility into initiative status, risks and performance across the portfolio
  • Identifies risks, dependencies, and trade-offs that could impact delivery and raises them proactively; tracks from identification through to closure
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are progressing toward intended business outcomes
  • Recommends process or initiative design improvements to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and impact
  • Supports the facilitation of process workshops and working sessions to map current-state processes
  • Documents processes, decisions, risks, and next steps to maintain alignment and transparency
  • Supports cross-functional alignment by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and priorities
  • Identifies interdependencies across teams and escalates potential conflicts or gaps as appropriate
  • Prepares concise executive-ready materials including summaries, frameworks, analyses, and recommendations to support leadership discussions
  • Supports project kickoff and scoping by partnering with Sr. PMO leaders to identify objectives, clarify challenges, and break down complex issues into structured, actionable areas
  • Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making
  • Supports development of business cases, option analysis, and articulation of strategic recommendations to inform leadership decisions
  • Proactively identifies additional questions, risks, or insights that strengthen decision quality and advance initiatives
  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
